1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Photos Revived is operated by FluentFlow LLC, based in Bingham Farms, Michigan, United States ("Photos Revived," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with photosrevived.com, www.photosrevived.com, and requests you send us about this website. Contact us at hello@photosrevived.com.

This policy covers this website. It does not automatically cover a separately distributed iOS app, another website, or an independent service you choose to use. Any app we release will provide the privacy information applicable to that app.

Current website status

The website is a product preview. Account registration, photo uploads, AI restoration, gallery storage, sharing links, and checkout are disabled. Demonstration photos are example content. Browsing the preview does not create an account, upload a photo, buy credits, or start a subscription.

2. Information processed by the current preview

  • Technical information: when you request a page, image, or other resource, our hosting infrastructure processes information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser and device information, request time, referring page when supplied, response status, and security or error information. Some information is generated automatically by your browser or our service providers.
  • Messages you send: if you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message, and any attachments or other information you choose to include. Please send only what is needed for your request; do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or private family photographs unless we have explained why they are needed.
  • On-page interactions: the comparison slider and proposed-plan pop-ups operate in your browser. Our preview code does not send those interactions to an analytics service or store them in an account.

The preview does not request camera access, read your photo library, or accept files dropped onto the gallery preview. We do not buy personal information from data brokers or intentionally collect precise location, biometric identifiers, or sensitive profile information through this preview.

3. How and why we use information

We use technical information to deliver the website, maintain availability, diagnose errors, prevent misuse, and investigate security incidents. We use information you send us to respond, resolve a request, maintain an appropriate record of that response, and address legal obligations or disputes.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in providing a reliable, secure website and responding to enquiries, balanced against your rights. We rely on legal obligations when we must retain or disclose information by law, and on consent where a particular optional activity requires it. We do not treat simply reading this policy as consent to optional processing.

You are not required to send us a message. Some technical processing is necessary to deliver a page; if you do not want that processing, you can choose not to access the site. If you request assistance without enough information to identify the issue, we may be unable to resolve it.

4. Service providers and disclosures

The current preview uses the following services:

  • Vercel: hosts and delivers the website and provides infrastructure and security functions. Vercel processes network requests and related technical information. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice.
  • Google Fonts: the website requests the Geist typeface from Google’s font servers. Your browser sends Google the network information needed to serve the font, such as an IP address, browser information, and the referring website when supplied. See Google Fonts information and Google’s Privacy Policy. These font requests are separate from our website hosting.
  • Email and operational providers: the providers used to route, deliver, and store email process correspondence when you contact us. Domain and DNS infrastructure also processes the technical information necessary to route connections.

We disclose information to providers as needed for these purposes, to professional advisers when necessary, and when required by applicable law or a valid legal process. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect someone’s safety. If the business is reorganized, sold, or transferred, relevant information may be transferred subject to this policy and applicable law; we will provide notice where required.

We do not sell personal information, rent contact lists, or share information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use your correspondence or photographs to train AI models. The public preview sends no photographs or restoration requests to an AI provider.

5. Cookies, browser storage, and tracking choices

The preview’s application code does not set advertising cookies, run advertising pixels, use session-replay software, or store an account identifier in local storage. We have not integrated Google Analytics or Vercel Web Analytics into this preview. Hosting and security services may use essential cookies or similar mechanisms, for example when protecting the website from abusive requests.

You can manage cookies and site data in your browser. Blocking essential mechanisms may affect availability. We do not currently conduct the sale, advertising sharing, or cross-site behavioral tracking addressed by Global Privacy Control signals. We do not change the preview’s essential operation in response to browser Do Not Track signals. If we introduce optional tracking that requires consent, we will provide the required notice and choice before it operates.

6. Photo restoration and other features that are not yet live

We plan to offer accounts, uploads, AI restoration, galleries, sharing, and purchases. They are not active on this website. Before enabling them, we will update this policy and provide the notices and choices appropriate to the implementation. Planned services include Supabase for accounts and storage, OpenAI for restoration, and Stripe for web payments; none currently receives customer photos or payment information from the public preview.

Those features would involve information such as account identifiers, original and processed images, filenames and image metadata, photo notes and names you enter, gallery access settings, credit usage, and payment or transaction references. A photograph can reveal information about other people, including children, locations, and sensitive family circumstances. Only provide material you have the right to process and share.

Restoration would require sending the selected photo and restoration instructions to the configured AI provider. A future notice will explain the actual provider, its relevant retention and training settings, access controls, and deletion arrangements. This policy does not promise zero provider retention, exclusive local processing, or a specific storage region for a service that has not been connected.

Future sharing controls will explain who can access a gallery. Anyone who receives a downloadable photo may keep or redistribute their copy; deleting a gallery or turning off a link cannot recall copies already obtained. We will explain available controls before enabling sharing.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including resolving your enquiry, maintaining security, meeting legal obligations, and establishing or defending legal claims. The relevant criteria include the nature and sensitivity of the information, whether a request or incident remains open, the applicable legal requirement, and the provider’s operational retention settings.

Technical records are subject to the retention settings and operational practices of the hosting or other provider that generates them. Correspondence may remain in the email system while an issue is being handled and for an appropriate recordkeeping period afterwards. We do not promise immediate erasure from every backup or provider log. Where information must be kept, we limit its use to the reason for retaining it.

You may request deletion of information associated with your correspondence through hello@photosrevived.com. The preview has no customer photo library or account to delete. Before photo storage launches, we will publish concrete retention and account-deletion arrangements for originals, restorations, metadata, and backups.

8. Security and international processing

We use HTTPS for the website and restrict access to administrative systems. The preview’s upload and restoration endpoints are disabled. No internet service or email system can guarantee absolute security; avoid sending information that is unnecessary for your request.

We operate from Bingham Farms, Michigan, United States. Our infrastructure, font, and email providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where a transfer is subject to a legal transfer requirement, the applicable provider arrangements and legally required safeguards must govern that transfer. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your information; this policy does not claim that Photos Revived holds a data-transfer certification.

9. Your privacy rights and requests

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to obtain access to personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, receive a portable copy, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or object to certain uses. Some laws also provide an appeal right or permit an authorized agent to act for you. These rights have legal conditions and exceptions and do not all apply to every visitor or business.

Right to object: where applicable, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including by explaining your particular circumstances. We do not send direct marketing through the preview. Withdrawing consent, where consent is the basis for processing, does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

Email hello@photosrevived.com with the subject “Privacy request,” describe the request, and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant record. We will take proportionate steps to verify your identity or an agent’s authority, ask only for information reasonably needed for that purpose, and respond within the time required by applicable law. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary verification method has been agreed. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and any applicable appeal route. To appeal, reply with “Privacy appeal.” We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

California and other U.S. state residents may have additional rights where the relevant law applies, including rights concerning sale, advertising sharing, or sensitive information. We do not currently engage in sale or targeted-advertising sharing and do not use the preview to infer sensitive traits.

Where European or UK data protection law applies, you may complain to the supervisory authority where you live, work, or believe a violation occurred. UK visitors can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office; EEA visitors can find their authority through the European Data Protection Board. You may also contact your relevant state or national regulator. Contacting us first is optional.

10. Children’s privacy

Photos Revived is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the preview. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate deletion steps. A family photograph depicting a child is different from a child directly using the service; future upload and sharing features will require adults to have the rights and permissions appropriate to that material.

11. Updates and contact

We will update the effective date when this policy changes. For a material change, we will provide a prominent website notice and any additional notice or consent required by law before applying a materially different use of previously collected information. This policy is a description of information handling, not a request for blanket consent.
